| J R R Tolkien. The recent Lord of the Rings Trilogy Movies has made Tolkien promenent again. A contemporary and literary friend with C S Lewis, Tolkien's stories are allegorical as well. While the allegories are not as clear as in Narnia, the stories are just as engaging, if not more so.
